Very clean rooms. Breakfast and late meal was excellent. Staff was super to work with. Right off interstate. Worker helped some carry luggage up the stairs.
This hotel did not have an elevator and was not advised of that. I had a lady with us that had to use a cane and could not walk to second floor. They changed one of our rooms but we were a senior citizen group and was not prepared to take luggage for 14 days, that was our entire trip, up a flight of stairs. The next time we booked downstairs rooms.

Wonderful hotel, updated rooms, excellent wi-fi. Amazingly nice staff during our stay. Good and unbeatable spot just next door to a mall and other restaurants and the highway exit and the Missouri S & T university campus. The property of choice in Rolla.

People were nice and accommodating, decent low price.
Beds weren't comfortable, AC didn't work very well, hotel was dated, and NO ELEVATOR!

Location was easy to get to from highway, lobby clean and inviting. Nice shower pressure. Friendly desk
The room was MARGINALLY clean. There were 4 or 5 short hairs in the tub and tub had dull soapscum all around front of tub indicating was not scrubbed, but just dried out after last guest. Baseboards and room mirrors were dusty and there were a few eyelash/ hairs on several of the clean(?) pillows. Got in after very long drive and just didn't have energy or time to switch rooms or get it cleaned. But at this pricepoint, room should be spotless. We just got rid of pillows off beds and put towels down between bathroom and bedroom like a path. Additionally, there was no elevator to carry luggage up to 2nd floor?? And breakfast was very sub-par- gross powdered eggs, floppy lukewarm, sausage patties, and biscuits. No fresh fruit, yogurt, bottled water, cereals, or any other standard healthy breakfast items. We skipped it after tasting a few bites and got yogurt parfaits and oatmeal at McDs.

The room was meticulously clean. I appreciated the convenient location.
The check-in process took slightly longer than expected.

Room and amenities were fine. Staff was very attentive and helpful, coming to our room to help connect our laptop to the WiFi system.
There is no elevator so getting luggage to the 2nd floor was a problem for us 'old folk' with significant mobility issues. Staff offered assistance which we declined.

Great stay with nice breakfast!
I stayed for 2 nights in a queen room. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was solid with hot options like sausage and biscuits. The place is kinda dated, but it was clean. Just wish my fridge had worked better, it was barely cooling!

Upon check in LOVED the check in clerk. The breakfast was good. All was clean and comfy.I think the young lady that checked us in deserves a promotion and a raise.
Any issues we had were taken care of by the wonderful young lady that handled our check in.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I noticed my card was charged for both rooms I reserved but we paid for one in cash. Hopefully this is just due to your systems card reserve policy. I will retain my receipts in case it is a problem.

I especially liked the happy hour snacks! And we were given a first floor room which is what we wanted.
Everything was great!

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were warm and quite enjoyable. The hotel appeared outdated. The maintenance seemed lacking, with some common areas showing wear and tear, and the room cleanliness left much to be desired, including a musty odor, made for a less than restful night. Access to local attractions was straightforward, a redeeming factor.
